You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your location and the technologies enabled on the site, additional consent or privacy choices may be provided where required.
4. Product Search
If you use the SmartPicks USA search feature, the search terms you enter may be processed by our website and may also be included in analytics data if analytics tools are enabled.
5. Affiliate Links and Retailer Tracking
Some SmartPicks USA product pages may contain links to third-party retailers. Some of those links may be affiliate links.

SmartPicks USA does not receive your retailer account password, full payment-card information, or complete retailer account information through a standard affiliate link.

Clicking a retailer link takes you away from SmartPicks USA. Once you leave our website, the privacy policy and terms of the destination retailer apply.
7. Paid Advertising
SmartPicks USA may advertise selected pages on third-party advertising platforms. These platforms may process information about ad impressions, clicks, website visits, and conversions according to their own privacy policies and the tracking technologies enabled on SmartPicks USA.
8. External Websites
Our website may link to retailers, manufacturers, reference sources, and other external websites. SmartPicks USA does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external service you use.
9. Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to communications, website security, analytics, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.
